Pancakes with Barrel Aged Maple Syrup

Step up your pancake game with some bourbon barrel aged maple syrup! The maple syrup we used in this recipe is made by Single Barrel Cellar, a company that makes small batch artisan products. They age New England grade A maple syrup in american oak barrels with a char #3, for about 3 months.
