The unique aging process creates a light sweetness and deep amber hue. This 100% corn bourbon whiskey has a defined taste of caramel, spice, and vanilla. Its paired with a warm finish with notes of marzipan and roasted corn.
After local farmers grow and dry the corn used for the Baby Bourbon, the crew at Tuthilltown Distillery grind the corn, add water, and then cooks the mash. The bourbon is then left to mature in their signature small, charred American oak barrels. The small barrels allow for more wood contact resulting in a rich, smokey oak profile with hints of vanilla and caramel.
