Big Sur is one of the locations that should be on your list to visit. The coast is the longest and most scenic stretch of undeveloped coastline in the contiguous United States. Our Craft Seeker, Kris Holman has taken several trips to Big Sur and we asked her if she had any tips to those planning a trip.
Q1: Any travel tips for someone planning a trip to Big Sur?
A: My biggest travel tip would be to time getting to Bixby Bridge around sunset. In this video it was cloudy but the previous time I visited the sunsetting at this place was one of the most incredible views I have ever seen!

Q2: Did you stay in Big Sur?
A: My friend and I chose to stay in a small beach town close to Big Sur called Seaside. We used airbnb to find an affordable place!
Q3: Do you have a most memorable moment from your trip?
A: Getting out of the car after what seemed hours and seeing this view. It was so peaceful and quiet. I don’t think Ill ever forget that feeling.
